Note points

1. The semi-automatic and manual punch must be equipped with two hand brake switch. It is forbidden to press with foot or one hand start switch.

2. After the high punch is adjusted and the machine is stamped normally, close the sound isolating box (except for the packaging of product 8065 at the border inspection).

3. During continuous stamping, employees cannot take products by hand within 1m of the punch.

4. When the technician is on the mold for debugging, only one person can debug, not two people.

5. The technician can only transfer materials outside the machine and the distance is not less than 1m.

6. When erecting the die, it is necessary to lock the screws and stop the machine for 4 hours to check whether the screws are loose.

7. When the mold has problems in the production process and does not need to be unloaded, it is necessary to turn off the power supply of the injection molding machine and hang the maintenance sign on the power box before the mold can be repaired.

8. All tools shall be returned to the tool box after use, and shall not be placed on the machine platform, so as to avoid falling of tools and hurting people.

9. When the machine is not in production, cut off the power supply in time.

10. In case of short and small workpieces, special tools shall be used instead of directly feeding or taking them by hand.

11. The producer shall stand properly, keep a certain distance between the hand and head of the press, and pay attention to the action of the press at all times. It is forbidden to chat with others.

12. During production, operators and mold repairers are forbidden to put their hands into the mold.

13. When installing the suction fan, the operator is forbidden to extend his hand to the motor to clean the waste.

14. It is strictly prohibited to wear slippers at work to prevent the workshop mold, iron block, etc. from hitting your feet. The foreman, fitter and mould repairman must wear labor protection shoes when going to work;

15. Long hair is strictly prohibited for male operators, and long hair for female operators shall be coiled to avoid long hair getting involved in flywheel.

16. Pay attention to fire prevention for other oils such as white electric oil, alcohol, cleaning agent, etc.

17. Gloves shall be worn when packing materials, wastes and moulds to avoid scratching hands.

18. In case of oil quality, it shall be cleaned in time to avoid sliding and falling.

19. It is strictly prohibited to wear gloves when drilling and milling machine; when using grinder, it is necessary to wear mask and eye shield to protect itself.

20. Pay attention to dragging the mold to prevent it from falling to the ground (the flatbed truck must be kept to the minimum to pull the mold).

21. It is strictly prohibited for non electricians to connect power and maintain the machine.

22. It is forbidden to aim the air gun at people, which may cause eye injury.

23. Operators need to wear earplugs.

24. Turn off the power supply first and then find the technician on duty to deal with the abnormality of the machine. Do not deal with it without permission.

25. When a new employee goes to work on the first day, the team leader must explain the safe operation rules to him, and learn the safe operation rules once a day in the first week.

26. When adjusting the machine, it is necessary to adjust the machine to single operation, and it is strictly forbidden to move the discharge belt.

27. Do not store any inflammable and explosive materials under the switch.

28. Operators are strictly prohibited to chase and beat in the workshop, so as to avoid falling, knocking over products or hurting themselves.

29. Check the equipment according to the inspection contents on the equipment spot check card, pay special attention to whether the guide and brake devices of the punch operate normally, and the single punch and continuous punch functions are clear.

30. When installing the die on the small punch (10t), first loosen the locking device of the guide rail, install the upper and lower die, and then adjust the travel of the guide rail until it meets the requirements and lock the fastening device. In addition, when the high punch is used to mount the die, the single stroke must be reached. After the upper die is locked, the lower die is locked after the oil pressure is locked, and then inspected again before production. ·

31. Special tools (pliers and hooks) must be used when discharging or manually delivering and taking the embryo materials. It is strictly prohibited to send and take the embryo materials by hand. A single switch will hurt your hand, and a double switch is required. The machine shall not leak oil, or it will fall down. Do not expose the power supply. It is dangerous.

32. Wear gloves when stamping iron sheet, concentrate, or hurt hands.

33. During the work, check whether the equipment operates abnormally, such as single or continuous flushing is not clear, operation is not good or electrical fault, and immediately stop the machine and find the technician on duty to deal with it.

34. It is strictly prohibited to use foot switch for punch press, and all the original equipment of the machine shall be removed.

35. When cleaning and checking the equipment, the power must be cut off before operation.

36. Cut off the power supply, clean and scrub the worktable, remove the mold, maintain it in the warehouse, and check the lubricating system oil at a certain time every week.
